Hi! My name is Donna and I was born on November 8th in Taichung. As I was growing up, there were 4 people in my family. As a child, I was very naughty. For example, when I was in kindergarten, I would put the snow peas and carrots in the drawer because I don’t like to eat them, and then pretend I had finished them. Of course, I was discovered by the teacher in the end.

When I was in highschool, I began to join the Volunteer club. We finished many volunteer programs , such as going to kindergartens to play with children, going to nursing home,and help them take care of the elderly, helping to clean the streets. Doing these things makes me feel very fulfilled, I hope I can help more people in the future. The most important thing I learned from high school was to help those people who are in need, and you can also get happiness from it.

Nowadays as a university student at Asia University in Taichung, Taiwan, I think I am becoming more independent. I can live alone and do anything on my own. I learned to think and solve the problem independently. I can arrange my time to do anything I want to do. Everything is fresh to me.

For the future, I have three goals. My first goal is to be a healthy person. I will accomplish this goal by exercising everyday and keeping good hours. My second goal is to be an optometrist. In order to accomplish this goal, I hope I can successfully finish the four years of university and graduate and then get a certificate. Finally, I am going to enrich my life and become a better person.

When we strive to become better than we are, everything around us becomes better too.

Different people have different ways to stay healthy. Some people like to run because it’s good for your legs . Other people like to stay healthy by eating healthy foods, such as spinach and cucumber.

To stay healthy, I like to do yoga and I like to eat a lot of strawberries. However, I also think it’s important to do other exercises and eat other food. For example, I sometimes like to play badminton because it’s good for my health and it makes me feel happy.

Furthermore, I also like to eat bananas because it’s healthy. I also think that people should not eat too much fast food because it is not good for you.

Finally, I also think it is important to relax and have fun. In order to relax, I like to listen music and read novels . For fun, I like to play with dog and play games.

If you are thinking about visiting Taiwan and you only have a few days, I want to suggest three really cool places to visit.

In closing: if you visit Taiwan, remember to visit Taipei , Tainan and Hualien. They are great places to visit.

I am sure we will have many new technologies in the future. However, I think the three most important technologies will be The Internet of Things (IoT) , Artificial intelligence (AI) and 5G.
